Mageeks (brand of Consulit s.c.) — “Mageeks”, “we”, “our” — develops and publishes a portfolio of mobile games, including but not limited to Bus Simulator PRO: Urban Rivals, Construction Simulator PRO, Truck Simulator PRO USA, Truck Simulator PRO Europe, Train Simulator PRO USA, and future titles (collectively, the “Games”). We also operate associated websites such as mageeks.com, bussimulatorpro.com, constructionsimulatorpro.com, trucksimulatorpro.com, eurotruckpro.com, trainsimulatorpro.com and their sub‑domains (together, the “Sites”). Games, Sites and any related services, forums or social‑media channels are referred to in this document as the “Services”.
By using the Services you agree to the collection, use and sharing of information as described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide to us
- Account or profile data you enter in‑game (e‑mail, nickname, avatar, age range, country/region).
- Content you post via forums, Discord, support tickets or surveys.
- Contact details you give when you sign up for newsletters, contests or customer support.
- Billing information processed by the relevant store (Apple, Google, Amazon, Epic) when you make in‑app purchases or subscriptions. We do not store full payment card numbers.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & log data – IP address, device model, OS, language, time zone, app version, crash logs.
- Usage data – gameplay sessions, progress, in‑game purchases, interactions with other players, engagement with ads.
- Analytics & attribution supplied by third‑party SDKs: Google Analytics for Firebase, Meta/Facebook Analytics, Kochava, Unity Analytics, ByteBrew, and similar providers.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) and related metrics collected via advertising & mediation platforms such as AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network and comparable partners (collectively, “Ad Partners”). Partners may change over time; we will update this list periodically.
- Approximate location (country, region) derived from the IP address to comply with regional regulations and serve the correct language version.
We do not collect voice, photo, biometric or precise GPS location data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate and improve the Games and Sites.
- Save your game progress across devices via cloud services (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services, Epic Online Services, Facebook Login).
- Personalise gameplay (e.g. difficulty balancing), ads and in‑app offers.
- Detect and prevent fraud or cheating.
- Send service messages (patch notes, receipts) and — with consent — marketing/newsletters you can opt out of at any time.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data under the GDPR on the following grounds: (a) Performance of a contract (to deliver the Games); (b) Legitimate interests (security, analytics, anti‑fraud, limited direct marketing); (c) Consent (personalised advertising, newsletters); (d) Legal obligation (accounting, consumer‑protection rules).
4. Sharing Your Information
We share data only: 1. With service providers who act on our instructions (hosting, analytics, Ad Partners).
2. With other players inside the Games (e.g. nickname on leader‑boards). 3. If required by law, court order or to defend our rights. 4. With a successor entity in case of merger or asset sale.
Ad Partners and analytics vendors may process your data in countries outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. Your Rights
Subject to local law you can:
- Access, correct or delete personal data we hold.
- Object to processing or request restriction.
- Withdraw consent at any time (will not affect prior processing).
- Port data to another controller.

6. Data Retention
We keep gameplay and analytics data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or longer if required to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records for 6 years). Back‑ups are kept for up to 30 days.
7. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures in line with industry standards (encryption in transit, least‑privilege access, regular vulnerability scans). No system is 100 % secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age (or equivalent minimum in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents who believe we have accidentally collected such data can contact us for deletion.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in‑app or on the Sites 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
